Director of Affordable Housing, Related Ross (West Palm Beach)
Jordan Davis is the Director of Affordable Housing at Related Ross in West Palm Beach, where he oversees all aspects of mixed-income development in Palm Beach County. Prior to joining Related Ross, Jordan served as Acquisitions Manager for Related Urban, the mixed-income development platform of The Related Group in Miami. He began his career with NRP Group in Texas. Jordan currently serves on the City of West Palm Beach’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) and is Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Program. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration, with distinction, from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2017. Jordan is a Board Member of the University of Michigan’s Weiser Center for Real Estate and founded the University of Michigan’s Real Estate Mentorship Program.

Brett Geffner is a Vice President at Vanbarton Group, where he oversees hotel, office, multifamily, and mixed-use asset classes located throughout New York City. Brett is also a key member of the firm’s East Coast Acquisitions initiatives. Prior to joining Vanbarton, Brett was a Senior Associate in Capital One Bank’s Commercial Real Estate division, where he focused on Balance Sheet Lending, as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Originations and Underwriting. While at Capital One, he was selected to be a founding member of the bank’s Bridge to Agency platform. Brett began his career as an Analyst at Rosin & Associates performing valuation advisory, third-party underwriting, and due diligence services for both institutional and retail clients. Brett received a B.A. with Honors Distinction in Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Dahlia Cohen is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Currently, Dahlia is an AVP on the Investments Team at Remedy Medical Properties in Chicago. Remedy is the largest owner of medical real estate, with a portfolio exceeding 52 million square feet. Dahlia's responsibilities include underwriting, due diligence, and closing of new acquisitions. Prior to Remedy, Dahlia was a member of the Transactions Team at Harrison Street. Dahlia has completed over $11 billion in real estate acquisitions.

Andrew Mosellie is a Vice President in the New York office of Meadow Partners and is responsible for the acquisition and asset management of real estate assets in the United States. Prior to joining Meadow Partners, Mr. Mosellie worked as an analyst on the commercial real estate lending team at Benefit Street Partners. Mr. Mosellie received a B.B.A. in Business from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business in 2020.
